My Purism mini V1 no longer displays the core boot prompt asking for my boot password.
I swapped my Bluetooth keyboard and mouse with USB, same result.
I switched monitor HD cables, same result. When I turn on power , only the right light turns on. Other than the LED, it’s a brick. I logged a support ticket, but no reply yet. Does anyone have debug ideas?
I uploaded two photos, front and bottom. Yes, I mean the LUKS disk encryption password. Additionally, I removed and plugged back in my one 16G DDR stick and the “ENVM” memory stick using the “tear down video information”. I assume NVM stands for Non-Volatile Memory, but not sure what “E” means. No change after plugging back in both memory sticks.
I logged a ticket a few weeks ago ( #6140 ) no response except for auto reply. Does anyone know how long until someone who works are Purism usually replies?
The support team is currently very backlogged on tickets, but is working diligently to catch up on the ticket queue as we hire more support technicians to keep up with increased volume and growth. We apologize for the immense delays in processing your request.
In the meantime, @rpaley.613, I escalated your ticket to a support technician.
