Correct me but I believe Librem5 supports both WiFi and 3G/4G data connection. How does Librem5 manage and switch network data connection between WiFi and 3G/4G and where is it git source repository?

Does it use Desktop NetworkManager or does it use Android AOSP connectivity manager or does it create its own connectivity manager source?

The https://github.com/purism does not seem the Librem source repositories where many are empty.

The repositories can be found at https://source.puri.sm/Librem5 and NetworkManager is one of the components being used. See the work in progress API Documentation and the diagram in the Software Reference. Both of these are expected to be filled out with more details over the coming weeks/months, though there’s still a lot to do, as you can see.
