I am going to be doubling down on this. I helped put some weight on those scales and I want to see them start to take care of all of those customers.
Now, just because they are profitable doesn’t mean that money shouldn’t go down to paying down debt and investing for growth, that is important. But if the wiggle room exists, there should be no customers showing up on the forums that claim they are not getting any feedback or get forgotten.

From my perspective, the cut in R&D is most concerning.
