Newer repos ! need help

I need to update a program.
to do that I need to fix this:
Depends: libc6 (>= 2.31) but 2.28-10+deb10u2 is to be installed

with the current repos im using:
amber main
amber-security main
amber-updates main

apt-cache policy libc6
libc6:
Installed: 2.28-10+deb10u2
Candidate: 2.28-10+deb10u2
Version table:
*** 2.28-10+deb10u2 500
500 Index of /pureos/ amber-security/main amd64 Packages
100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
2.28-10+deb10u1 500
500 Index of /pureos/ amber/main amd64 Packages

So what repos can I change to get a libc6 with version >=2.31 ?

Regardless of anything else, it is well overdue to upgrade from amber to byzantium.
