On byzantium how do I change the default so that the phone shows all apps, instead of the default being to show only mobile friendly apps?

Scroll down to the bottom of the list showing app icons, there’s a “Show All Apps” button.

The operative word in the question is “default”. We shouldn’t have to tap “Show All Apps” every time we reboot. I, for one, use several apps every day, like KOrganizer, which work fine on the L5, but Purism doesn’t consider mobile-friendly.

Install dconf-editor and set /sm/puri/phosh/app-filter-mode to [] (unset “use default value” and then uncheck “adaptive” in the “custom value” drop-down).

N.B. this works on my PinePhone running Mobian; I haven’t verified this on PureOS Byzantium, but I’m assuming it’s the same.
