Installing apps will work once basil gets a chance to regenerate the gpg key.

Nice! Recommend using one of the supported Weblate language formats with respect to strings so that the app can be more easily localized into other languages, ideally via Weblate but technically offline localization tools like Lokalize can make use of it as well.
