Order placed but lost email access - please help

Hi,

I have no clue how to get my order. I lost access to the email but bought a fully-loaded laptop and phone about 6 months ago. Please advise.

Are you able to sign in to the shop account you had to create when you placed your order? My Account – Purism

If not, contact support@puri.sm and put something descriptive of the problem in the email title, e.g. “Order status inquiry,” etc. (If you’ve lost your email account(s), then you’ll need to get an email account somewhere. You could probably reach them via social as well.)

@JCS (Purism employee) may be able to help, too.

Does this mean that you just lost access to the one or two specific emails pertaining to the order (such as would contain information like your order number)?

Or does this mean that you lost access to the email address that you used when placing the order (such that if Purism had tried to contact you about the delivery of your order, that email, for whatever reason, would not have been received by you and hence would not have been responded to) but you still have the one or two specific emails?

I lost access to the one email that purism had, which I used to place the order. I have proof that the charge went to my account but that’s it.

I’m not able to login as the password was saved on a laptop that had the email on it as well and I no longer have access to it. I do have proof of purchase on my account.

It’s not clear whether you’re talking about an email (a single email that was sent/received) or an email account that you no longer have access to. If you still have the email account, are your old messages accessible from webmail? Or have you canceled that email account?

In any case, you probably just want to contact support.
