Order Updates on Librem5 & Ordering a Librem15

For the community. I have a question. I purchased the Librem5 on a the monthly payment plan. That being said, when I log into my account, I do not see the order posted to my account. That was on December 30, 2018.

Should it not already be listed on my account?

Also, I am now interested in doing a monthly payment plan on a Librem15. As I go through the process, I do not see that as an option. I wanted to ask the community if there was something I was doing wrong in the process. When I opted for the plan on the Librem5, it was super easy.

Any help or insight will be greatly appreciated.

SplitIt plugin is causing some problems currently (like the one you experienced with your first order) so we had to remove this payment option. We are working with SplitIt to fix these issues.

I really wanted to take advantage of using the monthly payment option to order the Librem15 and the Librem Key at the holiday discounted price.
