Outgoing email not working

Hello,
I didn’t see anybody else posting here of this problem, so I sent in a support ticket. My incoming libre.one email is fine. But when I try to send something, I get this error.

Sending of the message failed.
The message was not sent due to exceeding the allowed number of recipients. The server responded: Insufficient system storage.

Anybody else having this problem?

Do you happen to have an SMTP session log?

Looks like a 452 error, which unfortunately is used for two completely different error conditions, namely “too many recipients” and “insufficient system storage”.

You would get the former if the system administrator had set a limit on the number of recipients (say, 100) and you are trying to send to more than that number of recipients.

You would get the latter if e.g. a disk has filled up on the server (but obviously there’s nothing that you can do about that).

So I guess you should at least confirm how many recipients you are attempting to send to - but my guess would be the latter.

Is this error still happening?
