PeerTube as one of the Librem One services?

Does Purism plan on adding PeerTube as one of the Librem One services? This could help us greatly escape the Youtubes monopoly.

FOSS android PeerTube clients: Thorium, p2play
FOSS iOS PeerTube clients: none? (I’m not sure)

Valid idea, but I admit I think most items on the stretch goal roadmap are more important.

However, I you want somebody to lobby them into it, convince https://social.librem.one/@lunduke, the voice in the ad video. With him and his friend https://social.librem.one/@gbryant you also would make that new service somewhat popular
Bryan has his videos on Youtube, and LBRY so far.

By each day we depend on youtube more and more - and every time we use their services we give them data about us. Sure we could hide our identity but youtube could as well not allow for such ‘anonymous’ connections with their servers (if they really wanted to). Right now it’s their game, and they write the rules.

Purism signing up for a PeerTube account?! This does look promising! (they chose the wrong server to sign up for (IMHO) that instance allows NSFW content. Or maybe they did right and now they’ll have to create their own PeerTube instance and include it in the bundle of Librem One services?)
OMG, that video (50 seconds) was uploaded 3 days ago and it is still being transcoded - peertube.video instance is probably running on slow hardware.
pinging @mladen regarding the NSFW issue.

Updated:

When Librem 5 launches, people would expect to see a “YouTube” app, so wouldn’t that be great if instead of that, they’d see a “Librem Video” app?
