I thought you said But anyway, an interview from an angry ex-employee who wasn’t involved with the phone development at any point, but especially who hasn’t even been part of the company for over a year, isn’t going to change my opinion. And for Zlatan to say the Pinephone, a proprietary, underpowered, unsupported device, is essentially a better version of the Librem 5, really puts the nail in the coffin on any credibility this interview had for me.

What proprietary phone(s) most closely comapares w/ Librem 5?

Hey, you got the Pinephone which doesn’t focus on the openness like the Librem 5, it’s very similar but has got more proprietary blobs. If you’re asking on a more widespread scale I won’t be able to help much since I don’t understand much of the ARM world (but I don’t have much problems on x86/x64 systems) but I think I saw somewhere on the web (maybe it was here or maybe it was someone on the comments on Phoronix idk so take it very lightly since I can’t source anything) someone that said that…
