Pipe key prints < instead of |

I installed ubunt 22.04.1 LTS on librem 13v4
the pipe key on the right hand side above the enter key doesn’t print the | buth the < symbol.
Can I fix it? if yes - how?
Thank you

It’s not really a hardware problem but just how Ubuntu maps the keys (on the layout that you have selected in setup). See Ubuntu “keyboard settings” first: https://help.ubuntu.com/stable/ubuntu-help/keyboard-layouts.html.en and if you want something more specific: https://fostips.com/remap-keys-ubuntu-22-04/

Thank you. This is why I like asking - people come up with internet resources that somehow I never get to. Very helpful.

Also a friend suggested to change the layout to Dvorak-UK and that also did the trick.
The laptop is a US laptop and I always choose the us-keyboard during instalation.
Any how. all good at the keyboard front.
Thank you
