I’ve emailed twice now about this but never received even a receipt of response. I’m sure I’m not the only one who would appreciate the addition of pay-over-time options such as Klarna (who has partnered with your competitor system76).

I can’t remember where I saw this (maybe another forum post), but I think the main concern is that it’s too financially risky. Purism doesn’t have the resources to risk someone not paying on time or paying fully, because they can’t afford to start tracking down people who haven’t paid or going to court to make people pay. They need the full cost upfront to justify selling the laptop.
As they grow, they will presumably start getting more financially comfortable and start being able to offer financing options.
I am not affiliated with Purism so don’t take what I say as fact, though.
