I bought my Librem 5 second-hand in July 2022. I found the seller on a local online classified ad. Local, but after a few weeks of back and forth, I drove two hours away to meet him and buy his Librem 5 in person. He said he listed the phone for almost a month and I was the only one to express interest. It was a great decision, and a great price. I still peruse classified ads, Ebay, and the Purism Forum to see what is the “going rate” for a second-hand L5. Prices seem to vary a lot, probably due to low supply on the used market.
If you’ll indulge me, I’m very curious to know if the price of a second-hand L5 has stabilized over the past year. How much did you pay for your second-hand L5? (Corrected to USD using XE.com) I’m assuming most people who sold their L5 don’t visit this forum anymore, so we can dispense with that. Also, please post your anecdotes if you have any. I might write up a short article on my blog if these results are noteworthy.
