I don’t really know how things will work for plasma mobile, but i heard it can be installed as an option. If it’s anything like plasma on the desktop on Debian though, it’s going to be horribly outdated and be using a much older version of QT. Posh on the Librem 5 QEMU PureOS Debian 10 based image shows that it’s using gnome 3.30 as a basis, which isn’t a good sign to me.
Would it be possible to get a repository in the future from purism that would offer the latest plasma mobile and QT? (heck the latest plasma desktop in a repo would be nice too, so i could use PureOS on my desktop).
