Is this a possibility? Is there a method where I could input wireless charging as a backplate for the L5 to plug directly into a wireless charging setup?

If the breakout board is not an option, can there be any hope through the pads on the botherboard?

@dos may have an authoritative answer, although at the very least, you can use the breakout board to connect various sensors:

The schematics are available so you can verify this yourself - the connector used by the breakout board is marked as EXT CON there.
I’m not an EE, but while I can see that you could power some of the phone’s components through the extension connector (provided that you don’t power the phone any other way simultaneously), I’m pretty sure you can’t power the whole SoC and you certainly can’t charge the battery this way.
