Problem buying Librem One

Please I need help! I’m trying to buy Librem One so I filled their form! But then I was readdressed to Wordpress page and although I inserted correctly my email Librem One and password, system told me error! So I went back to the first page and refilled same form but now email I want is warned as taken (but I’m sure it’s me!!) and the system doesn’t allow me to try again and I don’t want another email! I sent email to Purism support but I know they answer with extremely delay and generally aren’t supportive/help with us (reading feedbacks here into the forum)! Any help from you, please? :folded_hands:

If your email solution allows you to create an alias then you can do that, and use the alias when filling out the form.

Honestly I’m upset now! Please see screenshot attached!!

Today I tried to buy a new, available email but I received this error.

In the meanwhile no answer from purism support.

Please someone could suggest me a working competitor like librem.one?

I don’t know, something like debian.one with email, vpn,…

I need urgently a privacy and security package FLOSS based. Eg: riseup.net?

They gave a Q3 of ‘25 for me. Why does it seem to be pushed back continuously?

Anyway I found riseup.net made by FLOSS Community and I’m going to use it! It’s based on donation so you can try it and if you like it then you can pay it :slightly_smiling_face:
