I can’t use mkvtoolnix-gui without a crude workaround on my PureOS Byzantium and I do not know how to find out why the underlying Qt’s QTemporaryFile class doesn’t work on my system.
Could anybody try to reproduce the issue and let me know whether it work on other Gnome/wayland installations?
Any hints and help on how to get to the root cause of the problem (problem = temporary files getting created with mode 000 - no permissions at all) would be very welcome!
