Proper settings for Librem devices and T-Mobile

For anyone searching for U.S. T-Mobile Settings:

APN::
Name:T-Mobile
APN: fast.t-mobile.com

MMS APN (can be found in Chatty > “hamburger menu” > Preferences > SMS and MMS Settings)::
Request for Delivery Reports: On
SMIL for MMS: On
MMSC: http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com
APN: fast.t-mobile.com
Proxy: leave blank/empty

NOTES::
1: Remember to save the APN and Apply the MMS APN settings.
2: In Settings > Mobile > Network Mode "2G, 3G, 4G (Preferred)
3 (will work without setting): sudo apt-get install bm818-tools
Then open the “BM818 tool” and check VoLTE enable, and CBS enable. CBS may need to be re-enabled after reboots and if the killswitch for modem is used.
