PureOS install fails

I followed the instruction how to install pureOS (pretty easy) but at the last step when it comes to installing, it fails every time at the same percentage which is 17% (check pic)

Please help me :frowning: I wanna use PureOS on desktop, so i‘m Prepared for the phone and already know some code lines once the phone is in my hands.

I have been able to solve it by running failsave option.

@wednesday Thanks for sharing the solution. Honestly I wouldn’t know why this would fail, it might help to know your hardware. Also sometimes is helpful to wipe the entire disk (using GNOME Disks for example) before system install.
