Question about "chatty" in mms of L5

I have a question about “chatty” in mms of L5.

Ok, this is really weird! Here are my settings, that finally made it work: gnome-settings [bild] [bild] chatty settings [bild] However, chatty settings seem to clear the proxy setting every time the modem is restarted (which I do by toggling the kill switch). The proxy setting should be 193.209.134.132:8080

As far as I read this page, there are two APNs.
One for mobile and one for MMS.
APN for mobile is APN plus.acs.jp
APN for MMS is APN andmms.plusacs.ne.jp
Why is it still not working?
Should I hack and rewrite my files directly? ?
