This is a customer support issue but since it can’t be resolved by customer support I had to seek help here. I ordered the USA model 9 months ago and requested cancellation half a year ago and Purism accepted the request, but it was never processed. once a few months I will ask again and they will say it will be done in a few weeks, and now half a year has passed since they accepted a refund. It’s already past the time limit for a chargeback.
