How one initiates a repair request (not covered by warranty) with Purism? There was some weeks ago a statement made here in the forum by @joao.azevedo , but as always I can’t find it with the search options. Thanks.

I think all you need to do is contact support to get an RMA number and they will send you an email with all the instructions to pack and ship it to them. Make sure you insure the package tho…just in case.
