Request for help with iCloud mail delivery testing for support mails

We have received complaints that some customers don’t receive our support emails on iCloud Mail. Anyone here with iCloud mail willing to test this? If yes, please send a test mail from your iCloud Mail to support at puri.sm and confirm if you received the acknowledgment mail and replies.

I tried to create an account but it kept complaining captcha was wrong and then it refused to even submit the captcha verification.

Update: If you send a test mail, mention “Testing iCloud Email delivery” as subject and link to this post in body.

Two people sent test mails, thanks! Their emails reached our service desk, but our replies are blocked. I sent a direct email and got a bounce. The IP address seems to be blocked. I have filed a request to unblock it.

They confirmed they got the email reply. Thanks again to both of you who volunteered. This should improve the support experience of people using iCloud Email.
