Reseting gpg keys

I recently got my librem 14 back from the support team, and i noticed my gpg keys were not accepted (i had tried to reinstall qubesos, but my keys were not accepted).

So i reset my librem key gpg keys from the Heads menu, but now the laptop appears to be flashing the bios (?) Indefinitely. It has been sitting at :
Flashing: [\ ] 0%

Since it is not doing anything, i will manually shut down the laptop. And review the heads menu again.

The purism docs or posts have not been helpful. Does anyone have a link on reseting keys, hotp, etc.

Regards,

  1. Enter the PureBoot Boot Menu.
  2. Select Options -->.
  3. Select OEM Factory Reset / Re-Ownership -->.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. Select OK.
  6. Press the Y key.
  7. Press the N key.

This process will reset the ZeitControl OpenPGP card and generate new RSA 3072-bit keys, among other tasks, which takes approximately three minutes. Afterwards, you will also need to generate new HOTP/TOTP secrets.

  1. Select OK.
  2. Select OK.
  3. Select Generate new HOTP/TOTP secret.
  4. Select Yes.
  5. Press the Enter key when prompted.
