Right-side keyboard doesn't work after OS loads

I recently bought the Libre 13. Installed it, and all went great.
After several days, suddenly the right-side keys such as l & o don’t work.
When I boot and enter the password they work, after the PureOS fully loads they stop working.

Have you had this bug before?
I updated all software, still dosn’t work, even in commandline.
any hints or directions are appreciated.

Have you tried booting up a livecd of another distro (eg gparted live disk) to test to see if it is a hardware or software problem? Just trying to get some clarification.
