Scanner available for non-FOSS detection?

I was wondering if anyone has come across a utility for detecting non-FOSS software on an installation. After having my Librem13 for almost a few years now and while I’ve tried to be diligent about what I install, I’d like to be able to keep myself honest :slight_smile:
