I understand that they are 13/15 inches from the one corner to the other:
But what is the height/width?

@reC this does not answer my question.
If you could get out a ruler a measure the high and width (of the display), this is what I’m asking for. 
Example:
I’m looking for this:
NOT this:
Since I’m pretty sure the aspect ratio is 16:9, the 15.6" diameter tells us the other dimensions.
15.6*25.4 (mm/inch) = sqrt(x^2 + (81/256)x^2) => x = 345 mm (~13.6 inches), y = 194 mm (~7.6 inches)
Doing the same on the Librem 13’s 13.3 inch screen suggests
x = 294 mm (~11.6 inches), y = 165 mm (~6.5 inches)
I have a Librem 13, and the measured values I get are 11.56 and 6.56 or so, which is consistent with the calculation above
