Sddm.conf settings Autologin question

I am running PureOS with KDE plasma and I ran across a .conf file: /etc/sddm.conf with the only contents being:

[Autologin]
Session=plasma

I do not want to autologin. I want to enter my username and password. I read here
https://man.archlinux.org/man/sddm.conf.5

That the default value is empty. Would it be ok to modify this file to change to:

[Autologin]
Session=

My instinct from some quick web searching is yes, but I am not technical and as this relates to login into my machine, its a little scary for me. Any input anyone can share would be appreciated greatly!

Have a PureOS image on a USB drive so you can use it for recovery purposes, and externally backup any important files before making any significant changes to your configuration.

It is safe to modify this file to change to:

[Autologin]
Session=
