Shipping restarts

I own two orders, one from October 7 and one from October 9 of 2017 and I got an email for the 1st one saying:

“… While some have received their Librem 5 already, the balance of outstanding orders will begin shipping in September and due to the high volume will take months to reach shipping parity, where we hold stock for new orders being placed. …”



I ordered over two years after you and I also received the same email message, so everyone with a pre-order should have received it.

The implication of one of the latter paragaphs is that one can now ask for a refund.
