Curiously, my email also came with a warning, that it had failed DMARC check (something to do with “from”, possibly spoofed), which could be the reason behind junk folder. Ping @joao.azevedo, could there be some setting wrong? This might hinder getting responses in a timely manner.
My order date is 2017-10-23 but I haven’t received any email yet (also not in my spam folder). Now that I’m reading this, I’m slightly worried that the email may have been dropped somewhere along the way due to this?
