I sent an email to support@puri.sm last month requesting a spare screen for my Librem15 but am still waiting for a reply. Is purism not able to provide support any longer for the hardware?
Anyone else on this forum experiencing issues with the support?
As I wrote there Waiting weeks for a response from Support - #36 by tendays I had to wait nine weeks to get a response, but it did arrive. (I did, immediately after sending the mail, get an automated response with a ticket number though).
I understand they’re overwhelmed with support requests…
