Support@puri.sm not responding to emails

I formatted the title correctly, described my problem, double checked the recipient address, even resent the email.

They’re not responding, at all. Going on 48 hours now from first email. 24 hours now since the second email.

In fact, I even put in an order for a new battery, and there’s basically zero confirmations in my email that the order was made.

Yet they have plenty of time to send me emails asking for investment …

I sent an email to support@puri.sm last month requesting a spare screen for my Librem15 but am still waiting for a reply. Is purism not able to provide support any longer for the hardware?

Anyone else on this forum experiencing issues with the support?

There’s something of a selection bias in that question :wink: but I would take it as a “yes”.

Really though it is most likely that only Purism can tell you whether they can still supply a replacement screen for the Librem 15.

Maybe Purism has already reached their twenty email limit, and are unable to run their business adequately under such constraints.

As I wrote there Waiting weeks for a response from Support - #36 by tendays I had to wait nine weeks to get a response, but it did arrive. (I did, immediately after sending the mail, get an automated response with a ticket number though).

I understand they’re overwhelmed with support requests…

So, be patient :wink:
