There's a need for xdg-desktop-portal-gnome in the repositories

xdg-desktop-portal-gnome is currently not present in the PureOS repositories specifically, so it should be brought over from upstream Debian, as even some Flatpak applications do depend on it and expect it on the system. Such as Flare, the open Signal-protocol messenger. And I am sure there are others, so it would be handy to have available.

It’s not in Debian bullseye either. It was only introduced in bookworm, which means it will be there in PureOS crimson.

oh is this why Fluffychat doesn’t work, I’ve error

No provider of glFenceSync found.  Requires one of:
    Desktop OpenGL 3.2
    GL_ARB_sync
    OpenGL ES 3.0
    GL_APPLE_sync

It used to work few versions back though.
