Tor Browser for L5 and other arms can be found from the unofficial Tor Browser Ports download | SourceForge.net (see here for more on that) and doesn’t the Carburator app also do the trick (works after a bit of setting up - the first launch didn’t work for me for some reason, so I suggest doing a check on what IP is seen)
