I tried the command recommended on the other thread, and continued to get the error message/warning. I downloaded the Tor launcher files from the website, but don’t know what to do with them to get Tor to launch. The error message says there may be a network problem, but I don’t know how to assess that. On a new machine I don’t expect that I’m “under attack”, but don’t know how to assess for that either.
