Trying to figure out how to get tor, proton vpn, and monero working

Are there any good community guides on getting tor and or proton vpn working?

Also I saw that monero was intending to work on a application, is the CLI all there is for now?

There was this episode of the Monero Talk podcast, but that was a while back, in 2018:

But that was only talk, I don’t know if any implementation has been done yet. Anyway the Librem 5 should be interesting for Monero folks, if they don’t want to give their private keys to Apple/Google.
