My Librem 11 shows fifteen (15) available updates but when I click on “Download” (inside the PureOS Store app) I get the following message:
“Unable to download updates:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
pureos-settings: Breaks: pureos-security-hardening (<0.3~) but 0.2 is to be
installed
Recommends: libpam-cracklib but it is not installable”
I have also attempted to run the command “sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade” in the terminal without success because after entering that command nothing happens when I type my password both with the keyboard and also with the touchscreen.
What other steps should I take to get the L11 updated?

Wait a few days for the libpam-cracklib
package to land in the crimson
repository.

Has this update happened yet?
Is there a way to manage this separately? (If so, how?)
I’m receiving the same error on a device delivered earlier this week.

I would not know, I have stopped solely relying on any software, firmware, and hardware updates from Purism.
This.
My L11 is now nothing but a headless “server” for rtl-sdr and plexamp, and not much better for it than a $100 RPI4. If you’re expecting any engagement, action or something that could be interpreted as optimistic hope that your L11 will get any attention by Purism, I think you’re setting yourself up for disappointment. I wish I had done better research and spent that $1000 elsewhere.
In the 18mon or so since I’ve purchased the device, nothing has changed from an optics perspective and the Purism team as they continue to operate “short-staffed,” “restructuring” and from what I’ve seen, doing the bare minimum to give the illusion that they are a functioning company.
Apologies for the salt. https://youtu.be/UDfAdHBtK_Q

On an unrelated note, is that a Dharma wheel?
