I am trying to upgrade my librem 5 to the USA version. I followed the directions of using my librem 5 order number as the coupon code but it will not work. Did anyone get this to work?
This appears to be a new method. It used to be that you had to contact support and they would give you the coupon code to use to upgrade your order. You should contact support and ask why it isn’t working.
May it be that upgrade is not so important when new Evergreen arrived from the fab as reported elsewhere. It would worth if Purism reports to wich order number are Librem 5 available. It would take probably some time because it is question if the devices are fully tested from the contracted China assembly facility or they do final testing and system image flashing themselves.
