I see that the Librem 10 uses USB-C for charging, but not the Librem 11. Is this some technological limitation, meaning I can expect the Librem 11 to never charge via USB-C? Is it possible for the laptops to move to USB-C charging in the next year? Is Thunderbolt 3 something that Purism could possible use, or is there some licensing/privacy hurdle that would prevent it from being in the Librem line?
I’ll be in the market for a new laptop soon, but I’d like to hold off until I can buy devices that can be charged with a portable USB battery as I travel a lot.
