Used Librem email to create google account: suspended

I used a Librem email address to create a google account about a month ago and the google account has been suspended. The only thing this google account had been used for was to create a shared spreadsheet with google docs.

Has this happened to anyone else? Should I bother appealing?

Switch to fastmail.com. Also, yes Google does not play nice with apps like Geary. They outlaw what Google deems to be “unsecure apps”.

No to both. The point of Librem One is to provide alternatives to Big Tech.
