/var/log/journal directory has incorrect time stamp in year 2060

While cleaning up my /var/log directory I noticed the /var/log/journal folder has a year date in 2060.

drwxr-sr-x+ 3 root systemd-journal 4096 Nov 7 2060 journal

Does anyone else have this issue? Is this something that systemd does deliberately?

What hardware? Librem 5? Librem 14? Something else?

I checked my phone and one other computer and, no, I am not myself seeing that issue.

No, I suspect that your system time and date were incorrect due to lost power some time ago, so the directory retained the incorrect time and date since.

System did lose power earlier this month, so that explanation seems most likely.

I used this command to fix the time stamp sudo touch -t 10062040 journal
