I just tried to order a new battery for my Librem14. I have not logged in to my Purism shop account for a long time but that didn’t seem to be a problem. I updated my Billing (Mexican) and Shipping (USA) addresses - I’m currently in Mexico and I am trying to pay with a visa debit card for my Mexican bank account. Before completing the order I failed to notice that my Billing address had been replicated over to the Shipping address… WHAT THE HELL ?? I have replied to the order confirmation email - but why isn’t there an easy and obvious way to cancel an order from within the Purism shop account?

The order confirmation is a noreplay email address… I just emailed support@puri.sm
I’m just about ready to give up - nothing works properly, I get misdirected at every turn.

My condolences.
Fingers crossed this is resolved now - via the email support ticket system. Support actually answered quite promptly but that initial reply email got auto-magically dumped in my Junk folder. I really wasn’t having a good day…
