VPN service failed to start

Have two Dell laptops with Linux Mint 19.2. Installed Librem Tunnel on both but only one connects. The other has an error message VPN service failed to start. How to resolve?

First of all, we need to see that error output.

Notification that says: the VPN connection ross2@librem.one US1 failed because the VPN service failed to start.
