What is the state of Byzanium?

Hello,
I keep hearing that X will be available in byzanium (PureOS 10). However, when I try to figure out the state of said release, I can’t find much. I can see there are ISOs available in the topic below, so clearly there’s something. Is that in an alpha or beta state? Is there a time frame on release of that? Is there a place I can look to see when it’s available?

@jeremiah can you please comment on this? I’ve started drafting the reply about rolling and stuff but then realised that unlike in debian you don’t have release roadmap, so saying rolling doesn’t mean anything for people on stable.

if you don’t have a Purism machine (like the L-Mini or laptops) then it’s best if you try it in a VM first and become familiar with both the OEM and LIVE flavors … i’d say that DEPENDING on what you want to do it can be either alpha/beta/stable. for me PureOS-10-Byzantium on L-Mini has been largely incident free but i can’t speak for anybody else since my routine is quite simple …
