Display scaling bug(s) after upgrading to Crimson

@dos Here’s a few screenshots demonstrating the behavior. 1st two are Gnome dialogues demonstrating clipping at the right side when phone boots to default 200% scaling. 3nd is corrected scaling set to 175% (even though bug shows it at 100%). [phosh][phosh2][phosh3]
