After immediately plunking down my fiat bucks to become a proud Librem (no more ipad) tablet owner, I was disappointed to learn there was a 10 day shipping lag. Now it is day 17 and still nada. Trying to not be concerned. Wondering if my experience is unique.

Given that they said they had them in stock and shipping in 10 days, I thought we would have seen some people posting that they received it by now. But, assuming 10 business days is two calendar weeks, it still falls within the window as it was announced 10 calendar days ago. So, maybe in a few days?

Yes, that’s what “5 business days” means a whole week because they don’t count weekends. But still, you’re 5 days over.
(On the side I got a heads up from a co-worker that I was about to be told my manufacturing plant calendar was off for the Thanksgiving Day weekend in November (US). They were discussing a Mexican plant but looking at the U.S. calendar table, I headed that one off at the pass.)
For me, shipping notice was 2 weeks and 2 days after order.
If they are going to measure in business days they should just list it as 2 weeks.
