Unclear what you are asking but maybe: apt changelog packagename
where you replace “packagename” with an actual package name, which of course you have to know.
I’d like to read which improvements are made during upgrades
The PureOS Store shows the changelogs. When there are upgrades available, tap on each package to see what has changed.
Thank you! I did it (tap on every package) but they were all empty.

After your shared this photo I thought you’re speaking about something else. But you just misunderstood me. With “repo” I was not speaking about that what you shared on photo, I was speaking about this for example.
Change logs on PureOS Store are often empty, so this doesn’t help much.

Unfortunate that both an organized git project structure and a linux distribution’s available package collection are called repository…
I personally would refer to it with git repository.
