I’m pretty sure that “user data” would also include lots of “non-user” data, i.e. scraped contact lists, captioned photos of friends and family, metadata (and likely some content) from communications: names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc.

(Meta’s legal team unamused. @amarok very amused.)

Whatever exactly the data comprises and wherever exactly the data goes … it just illustrates the Faustian Pact that you enter into if you engage with Surveillance Capitalism.
