WIFI Hotpot No Internet

Does anyone else use the WIFI hotspot? You can make one through the Settings app, but I find it works and I can connect to it off my laptop, but then I get no internet connection.

I used to use Bluetooth to share the data on the old Android phone, is there a way to do that instead maybe?

Having stable mobile data and hotspot is my current number one request for Purism to focus on.
