how to install windows on librem 14
i cant boot from usb flash drive created by medis=acreationtoll
When I used Windows on Librem 14 all i did was basically boot from a hard drive that already existed. Then Microsoft voided the install on that hard drive because they are evil.
Then I think I put windows on a usb and booted the usb and installed to a fresh nVME chip that I physically put into the Librem 14.
But before you do any of that, you probably need to disable Pureboot security. My Librem 14 runs some old insecure Coreboot Seabios or whatever. So you should boot PureOS and go to Purism website and get the BIOS tool for Librem 14 and flash it with the tool and tell it you dont want the security, just the basic setup without any Librem Key usb
After I had Windows on the Librem 14, the graphics didnt install right so I went to Intel website and installed Intel graphics manually which is rare for modern windows. Windows users typically use Windows Update now. But once I installed graphics like that, the Librem 14 played games better than a $2800 official Microsoft brand laptop with the Microsoft logo on there called surface that I also have for playing games, which has an expensive nvidia GPU in it.
So it turns out, Microsoft is a terrible company, and after I saw the proof or whatever I reinstalled back to PureOS.
